Iowa Bankers Insurance and Services, Inc. (IBIS) shall establish and maintain policies and procedures designed to insure the confidentiality of the customer information (non-public personal information). IBIS acknowledges to (Institution) that it is against federal law to disclose non-public personal information received from a financial institution under certain circumstances as stated in Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Pub. L. 106-102) and the corresponding implementing regulations. IBIS will only use said non-public personal information provided by (Institution) to carry out the purpose(s) for which the information was provided, or as otherwise allowed by law or regulation.
